A COMPREHENSIVE SNAGGING REPORT ON YOUR NEW HOME.
An inspector is sent from the warranty provider to inspect your new home at various points through it's build, making sure it's built within "tolerances" but generally they won't pay any attention to detail but instead the main structure.
This is where SNAGGINS. comes in.
We'll compile a report of all items that don't meet standards. This is why a professional SNAGGINS. survey is always a good idea, giving you peace of mind knowing everything has been checked.
Once you receive your SNAGGINS. survey report back, hand it to your site manager and they'll take it from there.
EXTERNAL & INTERNAL THERMAL LEAK DETECTION.
We also offer a thermal imaging inspection. Our thermal imaging inspection allows us to ensure your windows and doors are free from cold air ingress, we also check for insulation voids and thermal bridging issues.
A THOROUGH, 360 DEGREE INSPECTION OF YOUR ROOF VIA DRONE.
If we can't get a full view of your roof from the ground, and if the weather allows we will conduct a 360 degree inspection of your roof via drone.
We will be looking for properly laid tiles, hips tiles and joints along with clean, tidy and sealed lead work.
If we have any concerns we'll log them all on your SNAGGINS. report.
ALL PLUG SOCKETS TESTED THROUGHOUT YOUR NEW HOME.
We will test all sockets around your new home for their connections, making sure the earth, neutral and live wires are all in the correct place and that power is being detected.
If we detect any issue we will let you know straight away as a matter of urgency and also note it on your SNAGGINS. survey report for your records.
