Pricing

How much does a snag cost? Because everything is included as standard, you only pay for additional bedrooms and the size of your home. New build apartments and houses are both covered, including FOGs, townhouses and bungalows.

Apartments

As apartments are smaller than houses, they are cheaper to snag. Without as much floor space and a lack of external areas, they won’t take as long to inspect and report on.

Houses

Houses come in all sorts of sizes, but they’ll take longer to snag than an apartment. This is also because of external areas, including walls, garages, gardens and roof tiles.

Payment Methods

When you’re ready to book with Snaggins, we’ve made it as easy as possible to do so. You can even spread the cost with if you need to (because we know that moving home is a stressful and expensive time).
